Crushed Glass Concepts is a family owned and operated business located in Pakenham, Victoria and we have been in operation since 2014.
We are the first glass recycling facility of its kind in Victoria to concentrate and specialise in the recycling of flat glass to alleviate a recyclable product going to landfill. These glass types include float, toughened, laminated, IGU's (doubled glazed) and automotive glass to assist the glass and glazing industry recycle all of their waste glass as well as reducing their waste costs.
We are an EPA licensed and approved recycler and follow best practice methods to ensure the glass recycled at our facility is done so in an environmentally friendly and responsible manner.
Glass is 100% recyclable and can take many years to break down naturally. We are very passionate about reducing the amount of glass being sent to landfill and our recycling rates are second to none and in doing so we are making a significant contribution in saving our environment for future generations.

Our Products

We produce recycled crushed glass products for consumer and industrial requirements as a sand replacement material. This reduces the industry need for virgin sand materials which causes a large carbon footprint, and the re-manufacture of glass products which can be melted at far lower operating temperatures thus reducing carbon emissions and providing beneficial cost savings.
At Crushed Glass Concepts our recycled glass can be used in many applications and graded into different particle sizes as required by the customers application and specifications.
